What's the Adventure Program?

The Adventure Program is your complete 63-day roadmap. Each day tells you exactly what exercises to do — no guessing, no research required. It's structured into 3 levels: Explorer (days 1-21, foundation skills), Adventurer (days 22-42, movement challenges with ball work), and Champion (days 43-63, dynamic skills like catching while balancing). Your child earns printable badges for completing each level, turning training into an adventure they want to do. Total time: just 10 minutes per day.

Will my kid actually use this?

We designed it with "kid psychology" in mind. The Adventure Program turns balance training into a badge-earning journey. Kids don't just "do exercises" — they're working toward becoming a Champion. The daily checkboxes create ownership. The three levels create goals. Parents tell us their kids ask to do their exercises — not the other way around.

What makes this different?

Amazon boards give you a piece of wood and say "good luck." Immuvi Junior is a complete system: the OT-designed board + 63-day Adventure Program with 189 exercises + parent Companion Guide. The exercises are specifically sequenced to build skills progressively. That's the difference between a tool and a solution.

Is it safe for unsteady kids?

Absolutely. We designed it with beginners in mind. The rocker has a low profile (only 3" at the highest point) so there's minimal fall risk. The surface is non-slip, and the edges are rounded. The Adventure Program starts with exercises where your child can hold a wall or chair — independence builds naturally as confidence grows.

Is this right for ADHD/SPD/Autism?

Yes — in fact, the Adventure Program was specifically designed with these children in mind. Balance boards are commonly used in occupational therapy for kids with ADHD, sensory processing differences, and autism. That said, if your child is currently in OT, show this to their therapist — they may want to incorporate it into your home program. Many OTs recommend the Immuvi Junior specifically.

What age range is this for?

Designed for ages 5-14. The Adventure Program activities are leveled so a cautious 5-year-old can start easy, while an active 14-year-old has plenty of challenge. The board supports up to 200 lbs, so parents and older siblings can join in too.

How long until we see results?

Most parents notice subtle changes in 2-3 weeks — more confidence, fewer trips and stumbles, willingness to try physical activities. More significant improvements typically appear by weeks 4-6 (around the time they earn their Adventurer badge). The included Companion Guide shows you exactly what signs of progress to watch for at each stage.

What if it doesn't work?

We have a 60-day "Confident Kid" Guarantee. If you don't see improvement — or if your child simply won't use it — return it for a full refund. No questions, no hassle. We stand behind this because we've seen it work for thousands of families.

Do we need this if already in OT?

Think of it this way: Your child gets maybe 1 hour of OT per week. That's 1 hour of therapy... and 167 hours of not doing therapy. What happens at home between sessions matters more than the sessions themselves. The Adventure Program gives you exactly what to do during those 167 hours — for the cost of half an OT session.
